Ryan Christopher Nunes

Ryan Christopher Nunes is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment sales and energy trading. Currently serving as Director of Affordable Housing Investment Sales at Lument since July 2021, Nunes also acts as Managing Partner at Life Changing Capital, a firm dedicated to enhancing community living through strategic real estate investments. Prior positions include Vice President of Gas, Power and Oil Origination at Pacific Summit Energy LLC, and Managing Director at BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse, where Nunes led significant revenue production and client base expansion in corporate commodity derivative sales and energy trading. Nunes holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
