Steven Cox

Steven Cox is the Senior Managing Director of Originations at Lument, where they originate and manage loan originators across the Northeast and Miami since 2005. They have a strong track record in debt financing for multifamily and commercial properties, closing over $200 million in 2018 alone. Steven began their commercial real estate career at Centerline Capital Group, progressing to become an originator in 2008, and later served as Managing Director at Hunt Real Estate Capital.
