Timothy Bracken has a strong background in the real estate industry, with a focus on affordable housing and asset management. Timothy also held the position of Vice President at Alden Torch Financial, where they oversaw dispositions, acquisitions, recapitalization, and asset management of LIHTC properties. At JCR Capital, they served as the Head of Asset Management and founded the firm's asset management platform. Timothy has also worked at Aviv REIT as a Director, overseeing acquisitions and asset management of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Earlier in their career, they were an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America, specializing in construction and real estate lending. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. Later on, Timothy pursued an MBA with a focus on Real Estate Finance & Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2009 to 2011. Most recently, in 2020, they enrolled in the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business to pursue a certificate in Management, which they are currently working towards.
