Vanessa Howes

Vanessa Howes serves as Managing Director and Head of Transaction Management at Lument, a role assumed after the merger of Hunt Real Estate Capital with other ORIX Real Estate Capital brands in October 2020. With over two decades of experience at Hunt Real Estate Capital, Vanessa previously held the position of Director, specializing in commercial mortgage loan closing and delivery, focusing on various loan programs including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA-insured financing. Prior to her tenure at Hunt, Vanessa worked as a Legal Assistant at Morrison, Cohen, Singer & Weinstein, LLC and BankAmerica FSB. Vanessa's academic background includes studies at The Ohio State University and Adelphi University.
