Erman Timurdogan

Erman Timurdogan is an accomplished professional in the field of photonics and optical communications, currently serving as Director of Silicon Photonics R&D at Lumentum. With previous experience as Director of Photonics R&D, High Speed Design at Rockley Photonics Inc. and holding multiple director roles at Analog Photonics, including Director of Optical Communications R&D and Director of Process Design Kit (PDK) R&D, Erman has demonstrated extensive leadership in research and development. Erman Timurdogan earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 2010 and 2016.
