Heather Paschall

Heather Paschall has over 25 years of experience in various HR roles. Heather began their career at National Semiconductor, where they held several positions, including HRBP Director for Signal Path Business Unit. Heather then joined Medtronic as a Human Resource Consultant for the Endovascular business, where they partnered with senior leadership on organizational design, leadership development, and change management. Paschall later joined VIAVI Solutions as a Sr. Manager/Director HR, OSP Business, where they developed people and organizational strategies to support business transition. Heather also served as a Sr. Director HR and Marketing Communications, leading the Marketing Communications team. Currently, Paschall is working at Lumentum as Vice President, overseeing various HR functions such as Total Rewards, HR Operations, HRIS, HR PMO, and HR M&A. Heather leads a global team of HR professionals, designs and implements global compensation and benefits activities, and provides HR support for mergers and acquisitions. Paschall's experience also includes being a trusted HR advisor to C-Suite leaders, leading diversity inclusion and belonging initiatives, and managing global HR Business Partner functions.

Heather Paschall obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara, between 1991 and 1994.
