John Shen is a highly experienced engineer with a solid background in electronics and manufacturing engineering. Currently, as a Staff Engineer at Lumentum since December 2018, John specializes in ceramic circuit components, including bare ceramics, thin film circuits, and high/low temperature co-fired ceramics (HTCC/LTCC). In addition, John has served as a Principal Commodity Engineer at 奥兰若 since June 2016, focusing on PCB commodity engineering, technical sourcing, supplier audits, failure analysis, and establishing supplier technical capability matrices.
