Mark Dayel

Mark Dayel is an accomplished professional with expertise in biophysics, computational modeling, biochemistry, and microscopy. They served as a Miller Fellow at the Miller Institute for Basic Research in Science from 2006 to 2009, where they developed a novel computer simulation method for investigating cellular force production. Mark completed a PhD in Biochemistry and Biophysics at UCSF and has held various engineering and research roles, including positions at Imperial College London and UC Berkeley, where they contributed to significant advancements in cell biology and imaging techniques. Currently, Mark works as an Architect at Lumentum.
