Obee is a senior executive with a long track record of leading organizations through significant change, complex stakeholder engagement, and mergers and acquisitions, with deep expertise in financial services and a focus on technology and operations. Obee currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Lumenus Community Services, one of Ontario’s largest community agencies providing developmental, mental health, autism and early years services in the Greater Toronto Area. Obee also serves on the Member Board of Directors at Children's Mental Health Ontario since 2025. In prior roles, Obee led in financial services and technology, including Vice President, Delivery Operations at Meridian Credit Union (2008–2010) and President & CEO of FICANEX (2015–2021) and FICANEX Technology Inc (2021–2023). Obee holds an MBA from Smith School of Business at Queen's University (Finance & Marketing), a BSc in Biology from the University of Toronto Mississauga, and professional designations including Pro.Dir and the Queens Executive Development Program.
