Mark Adamson

Mark Adamson has extensive experience in the pensions administration and consulting sector, having held leadership positions since the 1990s. As Operations Director at MNPA from 1990 to 2000, Mark transitioned to Managing Partner at Edis Partnerships between 2000 and 2004. Following this, Mark served as Managing Director at HS Administrative Services until 2008 and then as Director at Jardine Lloyd Thompson from 2009 to 2020, where top sales performance was achieved for eight consecutive years. Mark currently holds the position of Commercial Director UK at Lumera, providing advanced data services to pension schemes, and has been Director of Mark Adamson Consulting since 2020, focusing on enhancing sales capabilities for pensions administration providers and ensuring value for scheme trustees. Mark holds an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
