Stefan Sandell

Stefan Sandell is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lumera, bringing over 30 years of HR and HCM expertise to the role. They have held various leadership positions, including Senior Advisor at Influence People AB and Head of Operations & AMS at PwC Sverige, where they focused on developing strategic HR functions and innovative policies. Their experience includes building HR structures, implementing HRIS systems, and leading organizational transformations across Scandinavia and Switzerland/Liechtenstein. Stefan holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Stockholm University and has previously served in pivotal roles within respected organizations such as Camfil Farr and Forex Bank AB.
