Beth Adams

Beth Adams is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Lumerate since February 2022, Beth implements financial and operational systems to support growth. Previously, as VP-Operations at Xanadu, responsibilities included budgeting, reporting, and HR management. Beth held the role of VP - Strategy, Admin and Performance at Habitat for Humanity GTA, overseeing core functions such as HR and marketing. As CFO at Quandl, financial, accounting, and treasury responsibilities were managed as part of the Executive Team. Earlier in career, Beth served in leadership roles at CIBC World Markets and KPMG Canada. Educational credentials include a Chartered Accountant designation from CPA Canada, a Master's degree in Adult Education from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor's degree from Western University.
