Kyle Lightbody is an experienced network and VoIP engineer with a diverse professional background. Having served as a Senior Network Engineer at Amdocs in 2014, Kyle currently holds the position of Senior VoIP Engineer at Esse Health since May 2022, where responsibilities include standardizing the enterprise IVR for over 50 sites and managing daily IVR changes. Previous experience includes serving as a Technical Systems Controller for the USAF at Travis AFB from 2000 to 2004 and working as a Senior Network Engineer at NJVC since March 2008. Additionally, Kyle has been with Lumeris as a Senior Network Engineer/VoIP Engineer since April 2016. Educational credentials include attendance at SUNY New Paltz, the University of Phoenix, and Micronics Training.
