Ryan Craig

Ryan Craig, MMCi, has a diverse work experience in the field of analytics and data management. Ryan currently serves as the Vice President of Analytics at Lumeris since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Duke University Health System, where they held multiple roles including Senior Director of Enterprise Analytics, Director of Data Engineering, and Senior Manager of Enterprise Data Warehouse. At Duke, they oversaw the extraction, aggregation, and quality assurance of data from multiple sources, provided analytical and research support for strategic decision-making, and implemented analytic datamarts to improve patient outcomes. Before joining Duke, Ryan worked at WakeMed as the Manager of Information Delivery, responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of data through reports and data extracts. Ryan also contributed to the implementation of an early sepsis detection workflow within Epic. Earlier in their career, Ryan was the Manager of Decision Support Services at CARQUEST Auto Parts, where they managed the development and usage of business intelligence reporting and maintained business relationships with executive sponsors.

Ryan Craig obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Southern Methodist University in the years 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Master of Management in Clinical Informatics (MMCi) from Duke University from 2018 to 2019. In addition, they hold certifications such as Radar Administrator, Reporting Workbench Administrator, Reporting Coordinator, and Certified Business Intelligence Professional.
