Nepal's engineers have been quietly building for Europe's hospitals, universities, and global enterprises for years. Lumetha exists to put that talent to work for you — directly.
We build dedicated, AI-augmented engineering pods in Kathmandu for startups and scale-ups in Australia, Singapore, Europe, and the US.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝗱 𝗶𝘀
Senior full-stack, mobile (native + hybrid), and DevOps engineers — exclusively yours, never shared across clients — with QA and delivery management included. One monthly invoice covers everything: no recruitment fees, no surprises. Pricing is published openly on our website, because guessing wastes your time.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲
Our delivery system: AI-assisted builds (Cursor/Claude-based workflows), every pull request double-reviewed by AI and a senior human, AI-generated test coverage audited by people, and a velocity report in your inbox every Friday. The result is roughly a third more shipped per sprint — measured, not claimed.
𝗢𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸
Kathmandu (UTC+5:45) gives Australian, Singaporean, and Hong Kong teams a genuinely shared working day, and European teams a full afternoon of overlap. US teams run our overnight cycle: brief at 5pm, review finished work at 9am.
𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝘀 — 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝘀
Every engagement starts with a 2-week paid pilot on a real slice of your roadmap. If we're not a fit, you keep the code and walk away. NDA and full IP assignment are signed before the first commit. Every pod runs supervised by our CTO (12 years of architecture experience, from CRM builds to multi-tenant platforms).
Also available: fixed-price MVP builds (6–8 weeks), full project delivery on time & materials, fractional CTO services, and white-label capacity for agencies.
The working day starts early in the Himalayas. Let's put it to work for your roadmap.
