Gary Duffield

Gary Duffield has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 1990, they worked at Xenon Training as a Trainer, Senior Trainer, and Pre Sales Support. From 1996 to 2001, they held the position of National Training Manager and later Chief Learning Architect at Xpertise Training, where they contributed to learning strategy and won awards. Gary joined Microsoft in 2007 as a Readiness Consultant, assisting key partners with their GTM strategies. At QA Ltd from 2008 to 2011, they served as the Chief Learning Architect and worked on various projects and initiatives. In 2011, they started working at Lumify Group as the Head of Vendor Partnerships, transitioning from a previous role and relocating to Australia. In 2015, they became the Chair of the Australian Chapter at IAMCP, supporting Microsoft partners.
