Keanu

Keanu Ma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Currently serving as the Director at Lumileds since July 2020, and as the PQM Technical Manager at NIO蔚来 since December 2018, Keanu has demonstrated expertise in leading teams and managing projects. Prior to these roles, Keanu held the position of R&D Manager at 江苏彤明高科汽车电器有限公司 from January 2017 to November 2018, and contributed significantly as the Engineering Manager at Magneti Marelli from July 2005 to December 2016, overseeing the mechanical design team. Keanu holds an MBA from Fudan University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2001-2005).
