Peter Schmidt

Peter Schmidt is a distinguished scientist with extensive experience in the field of materials research. Currently serving as a Distinguished Scientist at Lumileds since January 2011, Peter has held positions including Principal Scientist for both Materials Research and general scientific endeavors. Prior to this role, Peter worked at Philips Research from July 1999 to December 2010 as a Research Scientist. Peter earned a PhD in Solid State Chemistry from The University of Freiburg between 1996 and 1999.
