Austin began their career at Georgia's Own Credit Union in 2010, where they held various roles including Senior Member Services Representative, eServices Representative, Channel Manager - Digital Banking, and Manager, Digital Innovation & Quality Assurance. In 2020, they joined Lumin Digital as an Account Executive and later got promoted to Senior Account Executive. Their expertise lies in managing digital banking channels and driving innovation in the financial sector.
