Cole Jackson

Cole Jackson has extensive work experience in the field of application support engineering. Cole started their career in 2004 at OpenText, where they worked as a Senior Technical Support Specialist for over 16 years. In 2020, they joined Alkami Technology as an Application Support Engineer and later became a Senior Application Support Engineer. In 2023, Cole moved to Lumin Digital as an Application Support Engineer. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated their technical expertise and commitment to providing excellent support to clients.

Cole Jackson earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Telecommunications Management at DeVry University Irving from 2000 to 2003.
