Eric Hooshmand

Eric Hooshmand possesses extensive experience in software development, currently serving as the Director of Development at Lumin Digital since November 2016, after progressing from Development Manager and Senior Software Engineer roles. Expertise encompasses full stack development utilizing technologies such as Angular, ngrx, redux, Bootstrap, gRPC, node, nginx, Docker, microservices, AWS, web sockets, serverless, and Kubernetes. Prior experience includes a senior software engineer position at Fiserv, focusing on an Online Banking Product and Web API development, along with a VP Software Development role at Backshop, where Eric led the development of a Commercial Banking Origination and Asset Tracking system while mentoring junior developers. Educational qualifications include a BS in Computer Science & Engineering from UC San Diego and an AA in Electrical Engineering from Marine Corps Air Ground Communications School.
