Matt pioneered the use of Knockout in the company's Web Forms app. Their responsibilities included estimating custom development, mentoring, and upgrading banking installations.

Before Online Resources, Matt worked at Insignia Technology as a Web Developer, where they developed a system for the Defensive Language Institute to automate and improve upon an older system. The system scheduled various types of exams and delivered them to students via the web.

Earlier in their career, Matt worked as a Web Developer at Missouri State University and as a Website/Network Admin at Cranberries.

From 2005 to 2010, Matt Seigel attended Missouri State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
