Lisa Sutton currently serves as the Chief Talent Officer at Lumin Digital, leading the HR function, culture, and employee experience since March 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PSCU from October 2015 to March 2024, overseeing various HR functions for the nation’s leading Credit Union Service Organization. Lisa's extensive experience includes serving as the HR Director for PPG Industries, managing HR for North America and Brazil, and as Global Human Resources Director at Transitions Optical, where innovative strategies led to multiple Gallup Great Workplace Awards. Earlier in Lisa's career, leadership was provided at AT&T Paradyne/Lucent, navigating the HR function through significant organizational changes. Lisa holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rollins College.
