Individual and Couples Therapy; Holistic Healing, Corporate Services

Our Mission
Through evidence-based approaches combined with deep empathy and multicultural awareness, we create a healing space where transformation is not just possible, but inevitable. Our mission is to help you find with your centre, connect to your inner light and move forward with purpose.

Our Story
The name "Lumina" comes from the Latin word for "light." At Lumina Centre, light represents the inner clarity, wisdom, and potential that guides each person toward healing, balance, and self-discovery.

We help clients create and sustain deeply satisfying relationships.

Common challenges:
- Conversations end in silence or frustration
- Shutting down to keep the peace or over‑explaining to be understood
- Trust ruptures and recurring conflict
- Asking for needs sparks anxiety
- Partners with mismatched capacity or clashing cross‑cultural expectations
- A quiet story underneath: “I’m not good enough”

In our work we will:
- Map your pattern and learn to slow it down
- Build clear communication and boundaries that are respected
- Repair trust and rebuild closeness
- Heal patterns shaped by attachment and family history
- Strengthen self‑worth and nervous system regulation

Our approach:
- Multicultural: Multicultural background, fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew; sensitive to cross‑cultural dynamics and cultural transitions.
- Warm, person‑centred, trauma‑informed: Welcoming, non‑judgmental, practical: clear goals, real‑life communication and boundary tools, gentle accountability.
- Integrative and holistic: Blending psychotherapy with breathwork, mindfulness, and holistic health; eclectic and tailored, rooted in the values of freedom, integrity, and personal growth.

In‑person in Toronto; virtual across Ontario.
