Adi Markus currently serves as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Luminance, leading initiatives that leverage AI technology to enhance contract management. Prior to this role, Adi had an extensive tenure at Optimove, progressing from Customer Success Manager to Senior Director of Customer Success for the Americas, where Adi developed strategic leadership, mentored teams, and managed high-profile client relationships.
