Barry Shipman has extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as Kosse Mine Manager at Luminant since January 2010, where previous roles included Mining Operations Manager and Mining Maintenance Manager. Prior to this, Barry held the position of Director of Learning and Development at Energy Future Holdings from December 2008 to December 2010. Barry holds an MBA from LeTourneau University, earned between 1998 and 2000, and also has a background in education from East Texas Baptist University.
