Mike Batte

Mike Batte is currently the Plant Manager at Luminant, a position they have held since 2019. They previously served as the POC Fleet Performance Manager and Fleet Performance Manager at Luminant, where they managed thermal performance programs for various generation units. Earlier in their career, Mike worked as an O&M Technician at Sterling Energy Operations and held multiple roles at Garland Power and Light, including O&M Administrator. They also worked as the Regional Safety and Health Manager for PG&E National Energy Group, overseeing safety functions across seven generating facilities. Mike earned an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Collin County Community College.
