Ryan Burke

Ryan Burke is currently a Senior Reactor Operator at Luminant, where they maintain an active USNRC Senior Reactor Operator License for Comanche Peak Units 1 and 2. Previously, Ryan served in the US Navy, beginning as a Deck Division Officer on the USS Bonhomme Richard, progressing to positions such as Reactor Electrical Division Officer on the USS Ronald Reagan, and Fire Control Officer. Ryan completed graduate-level study of nuclear physics and dynamic nuclear plant operation at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command and holds certifications as a qualified Shift Technical Advisor and Shift Manager. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University, an MBA in Energy from Texas Christian University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
