Kavitha Muniraj

Kavitha Muniraj is an experienced Engineering Manager at Luminar Technologies since February 2022, leading the Validation of Luminar Perception Software. Prior to this role, Kavitha held various positions at Valeo from August 2014 to December 2021, including Test Management Lead for multiple advanced automotive projects such as Automated Parking, Collision Detection, and Rear View Camera systems. Kavitha also managed Laser Scanner projects and Remote Parking System testing for a German automotive client. Earlier experience includes roles at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd from April 2011 to July 2014 as a Test Manager and Associate Project Manager, and as a Software Engineer at Continental from November 2008 to March 2011. Kavitha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and R.N.S. Institute of Technology.
