Leo Chan

Leo Chan is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in vehicle integration and motorsports engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Vehicle Integration Engineer at Luminar Technologies since November 2017, Leo provides engineering leadership for product and system design, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving and time-management skills. Prior to this role, Leo worked as a Race Car Engineer and Team Manager at Seriouz Motorsport, focusing on car design, building, and setup for various racing events. Earlier experience includes managing Fremont United Auto Service as a Shop Manager and Smog Check Inspector, where responsibilities included vehicle diagnostics, technician training, and workflow management. Leo holds a Bachelor of Science in Motorsports Engineering from Purdue School of Engineering and Technology and an Associate of Science in Automobile Mechanics from De Anza College.
