Michael Messer

Michael Messer is a proficient Senior System Engineer at Luminar Technologies since April 2022, previously serving as a System Engineer in Automated Driving at Bosch from September 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included function development for highway assist systems and requirements engineering for L3 and L2 functionalities. Prior to this, Michael Messer held positions at ETH Zürich as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Doctoral Student, contributing to advanced research in physics, and engaged as a Graduate Visiting Student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology under Nobel laureate Wolfgang Ketterle, focusing on quantum simulation experiments.
