Rahul Jaiswal

Rahul Jaiswal is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in the design and development of electronic systems, particularly in the field of LiDAR and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). Currently serving as a Sr. Staff Electrical Engineer at Luminar Technologies, Rahul has led critical projects involving schematic design, PCB layout, and receiver calibration. Previously, at AEye, Inc., significant contributions included developing algorithms that enhanced LiDAR sensor performance. Additional roles at organizations such as Lucid Motors and Aptiv focused on radar technology for ADAS, where responsibilities encompassed electrical system evaluation and algorithm development. Rahul's foundational experience includes hardware engineering at Hewlett-Packard and early career roles in system engineering. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor’s degree from Sastra University.
