Dana Lerner

Dana (Bennie) Lerner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, legal services, and entrepreneurship. As co-founder of LAWPOD since July 2020, Dana creates accredited podcasts for legal professionals. In addition, Dana serves as the founder and CEO of Venture Talent, a boutique recruitment agency based in Toronto, and as a sales advisor for Luminari, which utilizes AI to match job seekers with opportunities. Previous roles include associate at Rosenzweig & Company Inc., where Dana led executive searches, wealth management at RBC Dominion Securities, and a student at law position at McCarthy Tetrault. Dana's entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated through the founding of Purks Inc., a female fashion accessories company. Dana holds an LL.B. from Western University and a BA in Psychology from Huron University, where accolades included placement on the Dean's List.
