Rachel Eck is a graphic designer with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Rachel has worked as a freelance designer, senior graphic designer, and associate creative director. Rachel is currently the associate content director at Luminary, where they oversee the design of all company collateral.

Rachel got their start in the industry as a design intern at Incipit Letterforms. After completing their internship, they worked as a junior art director at MRM Gillespie for one year before moving on to work as a graphic designer at Sally Miller LLC. After four years at Sally Miller, Rachel transitioned to working as a freelance graphic designer for The Creative Group. Rachel freelanced for five years before landing a position as a senior graphic designer at Oticon Inc., where they worked for over five years.

In their current role at Luminary, Rachel is responsible for leading the design team and working closely with senior staff to ensure that the company’s overall design direction is on brand and consistent. Rachel has helped to produce show art and marketing materials for some of Luminary’s most popular podcasts, including shows from Russell Brand, Trevor Noah, Lena Dunham, and Roxane Gay.

Rachel Eck attended Rutgers University from 2000 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design.
