Amy Bonder has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Amy began their career in 2001 as a Corporate Sales Manager for Grainger, where they also served as a Product Marketing Manager. In 2004, they moved to Black & Decker, where they held the roles of National Account Sales Manager and Divisional Sales Manager. In 2008, they joined Advance Auto Parts as Vice President of Sales, V.P. Sales and Marketing, Vice President Commercial Effectiveness, and Director of Sales Effectiveness. During their time at Advance Auto Parts, they trained and implemented salesforce.com customer relationship management tool within a one-month timeframe and trained 260 employees in 6 weeks. Amy also worked alongside Dale Carnegie to create an exclusive training program for this sector, which was rolled out in 8 weeks and covered the entire sales force. In 2014, Amy moved to Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC as Vice President of Strategy and Sales, where they led the cultural transformation to deliver Vision 2020 growth objectives for a $4B business unit. Amy also spearheaded the building of a holistic B2B strategy and cultural transformation focused on customer activation, infrastructure and operational excellence, pricing and programming, supply chain, and customer engagement. In 2018, they joined TricorBraun as Executive Vice President. In 2019, they moved to Luminii, where they held the roles of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Executive Vice President Of Sales and Marketing. Finally, in 2022, they joined FlavorSum as a Board Member.
Amy Bonder holds a B.S. in Mktg/International Business from Penn State University and has studied at Kansai Gaidai University.
