James Pepper

James Pepper has a robust background in account management and energy solutions within the lighting and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as National Accounts at Luminii since June 2023, James previously excelled as Head of National Accounts at LEDVANCE, overseeing a substantial team and managing significant commercial contracts. Prior roles include General Manager at Wolfe Lighting, managing procurement and supplier relations, and various positions at the Carbon Reduction Institute, where James focused on regulatory compliance and climate consultancy. James holds a Master of Arts in Global Political Economics, Public Policy, and Environmental Development from UNSW, as well as a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geography from the University of Portsmouth.
