Michael Wendell

Michael Wendell has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Michael worked as a Project Engineer at Luminii from 2020 to present. Prior to that, they were a Mechanical Project Engineer at Focal Point, LLC from July 2019 to May 2020, where they designed lighting fixtures and created engineering prints. Michael also served as a Design Engineer at Anchor Harvey Components from May 2017 to June 2019, where they designed and manufactured tooling for forgings and created engineering prints and 3D models for customers. Michael gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Gallagher Asphalt in 2016, where they optimized a product conveying system and evaluated maintenance software programs. Michael began their engineering career as an Engineering Technician at Weaver Consultants Group in 2015, where they measured and calculated moisture content and density and created topographic maps using AutoCAD.

Michael Wendell completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Cert Prep: SOLIDWORKS Sheet Metal," "Giving and Receiving Feedback," "How to Use LinkedIn Learning," "Lean Six Sigma Foundations," "Microsoft Teams Quick Tips," and "Teamwork Foundations" in September 2019.
