Bert Ertman

Bert Ertman is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in innovation, knowledge sharing, and community engagement in the software development field. Currently serving as VP Technology and Fellow at Luminis since September 2011, Bert is focused on stimulating innovation and overseeing technology choices while leading presales activities. Previous roles include Community Outreach, Conference Manager, and Trainer at Luminis Academy, as well as Board Member for the Dutch Java User Group (NLJUG), where membership grew significantly under Bert's leadership. Prior experience includes serving as Technology Manager for the Competence Center Java at Info Support BV, where Bert was also involved as an IT Architect and trainer. Bert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hogere Informatica from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
