Edward Udarbe

Edward Udarbe began their work experience in 2014 as a Seasonal IT Security Associate at CKE Restaurants, Inc., where they researched and analyzed risks and threats to assets and drafted reports and recommendations on malware and malicious activity.

In 2015, Edward joined Luminit Light Shaping Diffusers as a Sales Support Engineer. Edward then moved on to become a Sales Engineer, responsible for sales territories in the US, Eastern Canada, Europe, Africa. As a Sales Engineer, they promoted and sold flat optics, including Light Shaping Diffusers and prismatic microstructures.

Edward's most recent role at Luminit was as an Inside Sales Supervisor, starting in September 2020. In this position, they supervised inside sales, sales administrative, sales operative, and sales analysis tasks and processes. Edward coordinated with multiple teams to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, generated sales orders, and updates records in the ERP system. Edward also collaborated on improving ERP and business processes, documented sales processes, and generated reports using Excel.

Edward Udarbe completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2007 to 2011. In June 2014, they acquired the Microsoft Technology Associate - Database Fundamentals certification. In the same month, they also became a Microsoft Certified Professional. In May 2014, Edward obtained the Microsoft Technology Associate - Security Fundamentals certification.
