LuminOps helps small to mid-sized contact centers actually USE AI AND develop the leaders who make it stick.

Most contact centers are buying AI tools that fail and running leadership programs that don't move the needle. We work alongside operations leaders to build the operational ecosystem and leadership bench that makes real transformation last.

We work across three integrated practice areas:
🤖 AI Implementation - 90-day embedded engagements that get AI from the demo deck to the daily workflow
🎯 Leadership Development - 6-month embedded engagements that build your frontline leadership bench (cohort programs launching 2027)
💪🏻 Employee Engagement Transformation - diagnostic + action engagements for contact centers whose engagement scores aren't moving

LuminOps was founded by Joni Younginer, a 20+ year contact center operations leader and former VP, Call Center Director. We're not tech consultants who learned about contact centers. We're contact center operations leaders who learned how to make AI AND leadership development work in the trenches.

If your contact center is wrestling with AI adoption, leadership development, or engagement that won't budge, let's talk. No pitch decks. No fluff. Just a real conversation about what's actually broken and whether we're the right partner to help you fix it.
