Liis Mullaste

Liis Mullaste is a Strategic People Partner at Luminor Group, where they lead a team in providing HR advisory services for both Retail and Corporate Banking. With extensive experience in human resources, Liis has previously served as an HR Partner at Danske Bank and as a Recruitment Manager at Psience OÜ. They began their HR career as an HR Specialist at Rimi Eesti Food AS and hold a Bachelor's degree in Andragogy from Tallinn University. Currently, Liis is advancing their expertise through a coaching and supervision training program at the International Supervision and Coaching Institute.
