Matas U. is an experienced professional in capital markets with a diverse background in fund management and risk analysis. They have managed nine funds at Synergy Finance, with a combined AUM of approximately $100 million. Matas also contributed to significant sales growth in the Balkans while at Eskimi DSP and successfully traded equity derivatives at AKSO FUND. Currently, they serve as the Head of Quantitative Risk at Luminor Group, where they are tasked with modernizing the investment risk infrastructure. Matas holds a degree from Vilnius University Business School, earned between 2018 and 2023.
