Roma R. is a data governance professional with extensive experience leading initiatives in Data Governance and Data Management at Luminor Group. Currently serving as the Data Governance Pillar Lead, they focus on ensuring compliance and effective implementation of data policies while fostering a data-driven culture. Previously, Roma worked at Barclays Group Operations Lithuania, where they held multiple HR roles, enhancing processes and training new team members. Roma has also trained in Software Test Engineering and Full-Stack + Python Development, enriching their technical skills to support data quality and governance effectively. They are pursuing Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law and Business Management, as well as Law of New Technologies.
