Silja Aav is the Head of Marketing and Brand at Luminor Group, where they lead brand development and marketing strategies across the Baltics. With a rich background in branding, marketing, and graphic design, Aav founded AAV Design in 2017, focusing on crafting compelling brand narratives. Previously, Aav served as a Marketing Manager at Inchcape Australia, overseeing multiple high-profile automotive brands. Aav holds a Master's Degree in Social Sciences from Estonian Business School and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at the same institution, alongside studies at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business.
