Vladimir C. serves as the IT Risk Management Team Lead at Luminor Group since September 2023, where responsibilities include leading the Technology Risk Management Team and facilitating risk assessments. Prior to this, Vladimir held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at VIALET and Neocard, focusing on implementing ISO 27001 policies, personnel security training, and regulatory reporting. Experience spans over two decades in various leadership and technical roles including Chief Technology Officer at West Energy Company and Deputy Director at Innotech group Ltd., with a strong foundation in cybersecurity and risk management established through education from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. Currently, Vladimir is also active as a professional member of ISACA Lithuania Chapter and participates in CIO.LT.
