Mark Baur

Mark Baur is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in digital development and system-on-chip (SoC) solutions. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Luminous Computing since September 2021, Mark also holds the position of Director of Digital Development at Ambiq Microcontroller, focusing on low power solutions for the wearable market. Mark has a history of pivotal roles, including Director of STB IP and Video at Maxlinear and Vice President of Engineering for STB at Entropic Communications. Mark’s expertise is enriched by roles in IP development and verification at prominent companies including Trident Microsystems, NXP Semiconductors, and Conexant Systems. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati.
