Derek Dalton

Derek Dalton is a seasoned professional in sales and marketing with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the VP of Sales and Marketing at LuminUltra Technologies Ltd. since July 2017, Derek has previously held the position of Commercial Operations Director at Solenis from 2011 to 2017, where responsibilities included developing pricing strategies for North America and leading sales planning initiatives. Prior to that, Derek accumulated over two decades of experience at Ashland in various capacities, including District Manager, Area Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, and Sales Representative. Derek holds a degree from McMaster University, earned between 1980 and 1985.
