Howie Fields

Howie Fields is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in business development and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at LumiRx since March 2025, Howie leads initiatives in supply chain authentication for the pharmaceutical and luxury goods sectors, focusing on strategic partnerships to improve product tracking. As the founder of How We Hustle University, established in December 2016, Howie assists entrepreneurs, executives, and athletes in achieving peak performance through a structured 90-program. Additionally, Howie is the founder of Vigor Life and co-founder of Claire’s Goodness, while previously holding various roles, including Account Executive, Inside Sales Representative, and Business Development Specialist at Agora from October 2021 to April 2025. Fields holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business, Management, and Marketing from Syracuse University.
