Chip Pate

Chip Pate is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Lumivero, Chip has held the position of CFO Operating Partner at Logicbroker and previously occupied the Chief Financial Officer role at Encompass Technologies and PDI Software. Additionally, Chip served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at SecureLink. Chip Pate holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering with a focus on Management Systems from the University of Virginia.
