Lester Arancibia

Lester Arancibia is an experienced Project Procurement Manager with over a decade of expertise in procurement and project management within the energy sector. Currently at Lummus Technology since August 2019, Arancibia has previously held significant roles at The Dow Chemical Company, managing multi-billion dollar projects such as the Gulfstream and propane de-hydrogenation projects, where responsibilities included ensuring procurement savings, mitigating commercial risks, and overseeing the execution of procurement strategies.
